In this 30-minute session, we will be focusing on building and strengthening the foundation of your ball-handling skills. The fundamentals are what really set players a part and this is a great workout for anyone who wants to get better. Don't be fooled by the title! With an emphasis on perfect repetition, change of speed, and footwork, this workout can be as challenging as you're willing to make it. The only thing you need is a basketball and a flat surface.
If you're looking for something a little more challenging to polish off your ball-handling skills, this is the session for you. In 30-35 minutes, we're going to work on some advanced dribbling drills that will sharpen your hand speed and get you game ready.
The Advanced session is more challenging than the Fundamental session and will require some more skill. Don't worry about jumping right into this one if you're not ready, you can always join later.
For this session you will need two balls.
